Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Schedule Social Buddy ("the app", "we"), an iOS app that lets you plan, schedule and publish posts to your own Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts. It is operated by Austin Both. By using the app you agree to these terms. Questions: support@schedulesocialbuddy.com.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use each network you connect under that network's own rules.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos, videos and captions you upload. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to the networks you choose, only to provide the app.
- You are responsible for what you publish. You must have the rights to it, and it must follow the law and the rules of each network, including Instagram's, Facebook's and TikTok's community guidelines and terms.
- We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.
Publishing through the networks
- The app publishes through each network's official API, with the permissions you grant. Your use of those networks stays subject to their own terms.
- Networks can change, limit or remove their APIs. A post may be delayed or fail, and some options may be unavailable. For example, until TikTok approves the app, TikTok posts are published as private (only visible to you). The app tells you when a post fails, but we cannot guarantee that every scheduled post is published on time.
- You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings, then Social channels, or remove the app's access in that network's own settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to post spam, to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to get around a network's limits, or to interfere with the app or its services.
Subscriptions
Some features may need a paid subscription, bought through Apple. Billing, renewal and refunds follow Apple's terms; you can cancel in your Apple ID settings at any time.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost posts, reach or revenue, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect.
