A deletion request from Instagram or Facebook is carried out as soon as we receive it. For every account you granted the app, its access tokens and insights are deleted and its scheduled posts are cancelled. If posts you already published or tried to publish went to it, its name stays on those posts in your history; otherwise nothing about it is kept.
This covers the accounts on the network you made the request from. To delete everything the app holds about you, including your profile, media and posts, use Settings, then Delete account in the app, or email support@schedulesocialbuddy.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the code above.
Posts that were already published stay on Instagram or Facebook until you delete them there.
